Vietnam is the second biggest coffee exporter in the world. The country is supplying 40% of world’s Robusta coffee. Vietnam coffee is known for low acidity and stronger, harsher taste. Robusta’s caffeine is 2times more than Arabica coffee. It is also richer in terms of antioxidant. There are two types of Vietnam Robusta Coffee: natural and wet polish. In natural type the beans have a layer on them and have darker colors.
